Have to say a big thank you to Rob, Amy, Rus and the rest of the team at the Big Coffee Co. Just taken delivery of our new Piaggio Ape TM Gullwing. They have been the most professional team to work with from our tendering process right through to the delivery and handover! Even being on the end of the phone on our go live day to help with a small issue.
We made two visits to the factory one just after the tender to run through the actual specification based on the “customer journey” basically how we actually wanted to use the Van! The second 10days before delivery to finalise the equipment layout. Both well worth making to be sure we got what we wanted and on both visits nothing was too much trouble from any of the team.
Somehow I do not think this will be the last time Kings Food and The Big Coffee Co will be working together!
