We considered the idea of a coffee cart for some time before going to The Big Coffee for help, advice and ideas. Having worked front of house in a mainstream catering environment I was skeptical at first about the possibilities of a little Italian van.From the start however with Rob and Jason I was impressed with the obvious build quality and professional attention to detail this company offers. What we liked was the complete service from initial ideas, through development, to the final product.
I was particularly impressed by the standard of the Barista Training. I had been ‘trained’ before with considerably less effectiveness. What we got was the essentials for professional mobile trading – excellent.
I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone wanting to start their own Mobile Coffee Business.
