What made you want to start your own mobile business?
We recently had the opportunity to purchase The Old Mill located in the picturesque village of Lower Slaughter in the Cotswolds. As a popular destination for visitors from across the world, we want to continue the long tradition of the Mill and offer the visitors some refreshments while they are enjoying the area.
Having previously owned a group of coffee shops/bakery I am excited about the flexibility and smaller format to try different things and get more instantaneous feedback from customers.
When do you hope the Horsebox will be trading?
We hope to launch the kiosk later this spring.
Where will the Horsebox be located?
The unit will be in front of the Old Mill.
