After lots of research we chose The Big Coffee to build our pod. We were given a 6 month lead time which was accurate.
We were introduced to a company with whom we collaborated on our logo signage and although this was remotely we found it worked well and we’re delighted with the results.
Aftercare has been fantastic. We had a few snags but they were helpful and went above and beyond to resolve them.
Communication has been excellent. We sometimes seek advice and it’s given willingly. Claire is our point of contact and she’s fabulous to deal with.
Our only issue has been the paintwork becoming badly chipped whilst towing (despite using mudguards). A caravan protector doesn’t fit the pod and the cost of respray seems excessive through the original sprayer used when the pod was built.
Our customers regularly comment very positively on the appearance of the pod and overall we’re delighted with it.

The Big Coffee has been great from my first foot through the door, right up-to collecting my Pod. Claire was particularly helpful with any information that I needed, no question was too silly or too small. I had my training day with Joe, which was made fun even though there was a lot of information to take in.
