We had the most amazing day yesterday collecting our new Brew Van. Firstly the van looks incredible and the finish is brilliant. The training and handover was brilliant. Nothing was a problem and any question was answered. Absolutely worth the 6 hour round journey to collect the van. Been brilliant to work in partnership with the Big Coffee team on this venture. A fantastic company to do business with. I did a lot of research before ordering my cart and The Big Coffee kept coming up tops. For a reason, they are. Extremely professional, build quality of the very highest standard and a team of friendly people who understand what the goal is and bend over backwards to help. My cart is turning heads and I only have it home. The training they offer is a great experience and well worth it. We had our amazing new trailer delivered today by the fantastic team at The Big Coffee, and we couldn’t be happier! Joe was absolutely brilliant — he took the time to walk us through the whole process, explained everything clearly, and answered every question we had with patience and professionalism.
The training was excellent and really gave us confidence in getting started. It’s clear that The Big Coffee truly cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. We’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality setup and outstanding service.

Working with the team at The Big Coffee has been a fantastic experience. From the very first engagement, to the planning, the build of our horse box, the delivery and after-service the company stands out for their dedication to quality and excellent customer service. We receive frequent very positive comments about the quality, craft and skill that has gone into building the horse box. After lots of research we chose The Big Coffee to build our pod. We were given a 6 month lead time which was accurate.
We were introduced to a company with whom we collaborated on our logo signage and although this was remotely we found it worked well and we’re delighted with the results.
Aftercare has been fantastic. We had a few snags but they were helpful and went above and beyond to resolve them.
Communication has been excellent. We sometimes seek advice and it’s given willingly. Claire is our point of contact and she’s fabulous to deal with.
Our only issue has been the paintwork becoming badly chipped whilst towing (despite using mudguards). A caravan protector doesn’t fit the pod and the cost of respray seems excessive through the original sprayer used when the pod was built.
Our customers regularly comment very positively on the appearance of the pod and overall we’re delighted with it.

The Big Coffee has been great from my first foot through the door, right up-to collecting my Pod. Claire was particularly helpful with any information that I needed, no question was too silly or too small. I had my training day with Joe, which was made fun even though there was a lot of information to take in. He obviously did a good job because 3 days later was our first event which was a huge success. Highly recommend. Thanks guys! 😃

That’s right. We are the only Authorised Commercial Importer in the UK. So if you bought your Piaggio from anywhere else, it will most likely be a grey import from Europe, and will not be covered by a Piaggio warranty. Why would you take chances with your business?
