Why you started this exciting new venture and what you want to achieve?

I started this new venture by setting up JAMBAKE to sell my two food loves to the public. For years, my family has wanted to open their own place, to use all their baking knowledge and the love of coffee.

We make great cakes! I want to achieve a successful business which brings passion and happiness to myself and the public. 

When are you hoping to launch your new mobile business?

I would like to start trading in the spring around April time.

Where will you be trading your bespoke mobile unit?

Trading will be in the Bolton area and hopefully over time can be used for events and festivals over the country. 

The wonderful thing about being a mobile business is in theory I can move my business anywhere!

What did you think about The Big Coffee and the process?

Thoroughly professional service. Great communication from day one.

Rus, Claire, have been great and supportive throughout, good communication.

Rob and Joe on handover have been brilliant. Everyone at the Big Coffee have been excellent.

We met James initially when he came to see us from an explorative point of view, not knowing what type of vehicle/trailer he wanted. He educated us on his fascinating journey and we showed him around the factory. I think it’s safe to say he instantly fell in love with the Premium Pods.

James has now collected his Pod, hand his handover/training, and brought us the biggest tray of the most amazing bakes!!! We wish this the absolute best and look forward to seeing James again soon.
