I started this exciting venture because it’s something I have always wanted to do ever since I started working in hospitality over 10 years ago. Granted the dream went from bar, to restaurant, to mobile coffee pod but my lifestyle changed. I became a mum etc and I want to do something that better suits my lifestyle. My family and I moved home just over a year ago and I got another dream job that I always wanted to do ever since working in hospitality but I realised I was part of the rat race again working for a corporate company and that just doesn’t float my boat.
I want my own business. To work for myself. I’m not under any illusion that this too will come with its challenges like everything in life but it will be different. It will be for me, my rat race that I control………to an extent. My business. My dream. Something I can build for my family. It’s taken me a long time to get here because fear and impatience has always prevented me from moving forward but I am ready now.
